An Audit and Assessment engagement is an offering to existing Managed Objects’ customers. The offering includes an appraisal of the customer’s current Managed Objects environment, resulting in the following benefits:

• Documentation of the current and future product use objectives
• On-site assessment and analysis of product usability including, but not limited to:
• • Benefits and objections of product usability by Operators (and/or other day to day users)
  • Benefits and objections of product usability, administration and maintenance by Systems Administrators
• Recommendations for changes to existing Managed Objects configuration, as well as identification of future configuration or enhancements that will benefit the customer’s use of the product

An Audit and Assessment engagement is comprised of the following deliverables:

• Project Management and Planning
• Written report noting current system observations
• Recommendations for achieving current and future product usability objectives

A typical Audit and Assessment engagement is delivered in 3 - 5 days, following the completion of a 1 - 2 day on-site visit.
