The System Tuning offerings are available to existing Managed Objects customers. The offering includes an appraisal of the customer’s current Managed Objects environment, resulting in the following benefits:

• Documentation of the current system configuration and future system objectives
• On-site assessment and analysis of system performance
• Isolation of potential system problems before they occur

The System Tuning offerings are comprised of the following deliverables:

• Project Management and Planning
• Written report noting current system observations
• Recommendations for achieving current and future system objectives

A typical System Tuning offering will be delivered in 7-10 days, following the completion of a 2 – 3 day on-site visit.
