The Managed Objects Service Catalog solution is
an enabler to the BSM modeling of technology components into
consumable services by the business organization. The required
intelligence is subsequently built into the solution offering
real-time, proactive and predictive service level monitoring and
communication of the Service Catalog upon approval into the MO
Service Model.
The Service Catalog Templates are part of the
Managed Objects Solution and Methodology suite. These templates are
based upon industry best practices in defining a Service Catalog
and supporting Service Level Agreements aiding Managed Objects
customers to accelerate the deployment of their Service Management
strategies. The Service Catalog Templates and Solution are designed
for use as either a stand alone Service Order Entry Request system,
a Service Monitoring system or as an adjunct to a Service
management and/or Configuration Management Database (CMDB) project
& includes the following deliverables:

Transfer
A typical Service Catalog solution can be
deployed in a 10 – 15 day timeframe, dependent upon
availability of hardware, software and personnel. Managed Objects
will work with each customer to develop a project design document
and project work plan with timelines and milestones outlining
project deliverables and required resources for successful
execution.
